四，使用方法：
★被測物尺寸：長度 150MM、寬度150mm、厚度 75mm；休積不大于500cm3；
★環境溫度：23±2℃      環境濕度：50±5﹪
★泡水液：蒸餾后至少放置 48小時的蒸餾水；
★將硬質泡沫切割成長 150MM寬 150毫米厚 75mm的正方形被測物。
★將試樣放于天平上，（北京鑫生卓銳科技有限公司供應硬質泡沫塑料吸水率測定儀*）稱量干燥后的試樣重量（m1），準確至 0.1g，并記錄。
★懸掛網籠浸入蒸餾水中，除去懸掛網籠表層氣泡，掛于天平的下稱鉤上，稱其表現重量（m2），準確至 0.1g，并記錄下來，記住后將懸掛網籠取下。
★將懸掛網籠2邊套筒上的2個固定螺釘分別擰松，再將試樣安放圓盤上并居中；將壓棒下調壓住試樣，壓棒2端緊扣試樣，并旋緊2邊套筒上的兩個固定螺釘。
★將安裝好試樣的懸掛網籠重新浸入蒸餾水中，用軟毛刷跟攪拌除去懸掛網籠和硬質泡沫表層氣泡。
★浸泡96小時后，將盛有試樣的懸掛網籠掛于天平下稱鉤上，稱量其表現質量（m3），準確至0.1g，并記住下來 。
